George V sterling silver sweet kitty rattle. Made by Crisford & Norris in Birmingham in 1930. A statuesque feline seated on tapering and fluted pedestal with chained jangly danglies. Loose-mounted bail and mother of pearl handle. Fully marked. Very good condition with nice patina.

Pair of Neoclassical-style gilt sterling silver tea urns. Each: Ovoid bowl on raised foot mounted to round base. Cover domed with knopped top terminating in bud finial. Swags and acanthus leaves as well as beading and leaf and dart. Fluted spout with carved leaf twist tap (one in black and one in white). Traditional vessels revved up with scaly and entwined snake handles. One marked “Sterling Silver” and the other marked “Sterling”. Very good condition with rich color.

Ovoid body on knopped and girdled support flowing into stepped and domed foot mounted to square base with corner leaf-mounted paw supports. Helmet mouth and high-looping leaf-capped and wrapped s-scroll handle. Applied ornament with leaf-and-shell on shoulder and bold leaf-and-dart on bottom. Beaded and guilloche borders. Low-relief frieze of children’s parade—a boisterous procession of boys and girls blowing bugles, jangling tambourines, and beating drums. Top and bottom vacant.
