Sweet and pretty Russian 875 silver box. Ovoid. Cover hinged and flush with molded rim and leaf-mounted branch ring handle. End bracket handles have tooled scrollwork. Four large and naïve rose and leaf mounts terminating in branch supports. Alloy is 84/96 (that is 875). Marks include Kokoshnik that was in use from 1908 to 1917. Very good condition with deep patina.

English Georgian sterling silver coffee and tea set, 1918-9. This set comprises tea kettle on stand, coffeepot, teapot, hot water pot, creamer, sugar, and waste bowl.

Traditional with gadrooned bodies and squashed ball supports. Covers domed and hinged with stained-wood finial. Kettle handle fixed and scrolled; all other handles scroll bracket. Engraved single letter monogram (D).

Pair of Japonesque sterling silver open salts. Made by John C. Moore for Tiffany & Co. in New York. Round with open rectangular bracket handles and straight foot. Engraved overlapping seals decorated with modish motifs, including fan, bug, vase, and bamboo. Foot decorated with acid-etched spirals and lunette-form flower heads, and pierced leaves. Union Square mark (1870-5) with pre-1875 pattern no. 3007 and order no. 901. Very good condition.
