German Classical 800 silver tea caddy, ca 1910. Rectilinear with chamfered corners. A nymph and putto gambol in low relief. Possible seasonal allegory with hand-warming brazier in one scene and armfuls of harvested grain in another. Cover snug-fitting and domed with chased patera on stippled leaf ground.
