Pair of gilt 950 silver 2-light candelabra with carved jade shaft. Made by Cartier in France, ca 1930. Each: Carp shaft in carved jade mounted to stepped and beaded oval base. Set in gaping fish mouth are two leaf-wrapped arms each terminating in single bellied urn socket with leaf-and-dart ornament, detachable bobeche, and beaded wax pan. Stylish Modern Classicism with Japanese influence. Fully marked with French 950 hallmark and maker's stamp. Excellent condition.

Cover hinged and raised with round and stepped finial; finial top has silver circle engraved with block monogram. Immensely stylish and fully serviceable. Marked with Minerva head, and Jean E. Puiforcat and Emile Puiforcat stamps. Fine condition apart from minor chip to handle wood.

$2,800.00Tall turn-of-the-century Art Nouveau glass decanter with engraved silver overlay. Globular bowl with cylindrical neck and everted rim. Stopper concave with faceted neck. Dense overlay. On bowl are flower heads, entwined scrolls, and trellis between double linear frames joined by beading and terminating in volute scrolls. On neck are shooting tendrils forming arches. Neck and rim in collar as is decanter neck. Glass is clear. Marked and numbered 044. Very good condition.

Tapering and inset sides engraved with stylized ornament, including swags and scrolls, centered on oval frame (vacant) bordered by beading and dentil interspersed with trefoils. Top and bottom have ornamental borders on ribbed ground. Thick scroll bracket handle. Marked “Coin” and “Chicago” with maker’s stamp (1857-71). Very good condition.
