Turn-of-the-century Art Nouveau glass decanter with engraved silver overlay. Unusual form with conical body, bellied top, straight and inset neck, and flat everted rim. Stopper oval. Overlay in form of rectilinear trellis with flower heads and elongated, scrolling leaves. Scrolled horizontal oval cartouche (vacant). Neck and rim in collar as is stopper neck. Glass is green. Pontil mark. Very good condition.

Pair of Victorian Neoclassical sterling silver 4-light candelabra. Made by Joseph and Horace Savory in London in 1890. Each: Tapering pillar shaft on raised square base; urn socket with 3 detachable arms, scrolled and reeded, each terminating in single urn socket and surrounding raised central socket with pavilion cover. Ornament includes garlands, wreaths, acanthus leaves, and ram’s heads. Fully marked. Very good condition.

Handle scrolled and wrapped in rattan-style weave. Fully marked including no. 90, and retailer’s and maker’s (Hickok Matthews) stamps. Hickok Matthews was formerly known as Lebkuecher. The cast-figure of a draped and barefooted maiden standing on pedestal and gripping two oversized amphoras with gilt-washed interior and rosette-inset guilloche border on lined ground. Hunt-themed cigarette case, ca 1920. Rectangular and hinged. On cover is enameled scene with two hounds and a pup snuffing around the carcass of a felled elk. No gore. Still very much in the Nature Red in Tooth and Claw vein. Dark palette with nuanced verdure and purpling sky. Three letter block monogram engraved on back. Marked “Alpacca”. Very good condition.
