Large Acorn sterling silver charger. Made by Georg Jensen in Copenhagen. Round with well and wide sloping shoulder. Acorns between volute scrolls applied near rim. A rare and striking piece in the historic pattern. Nice heft. Fully marked including postwar maker’s and designer’s (Johan Rohde) stamps, and no. 642C. Fine condition.

Fully marked including pattern no. 21981 and director’s letter M (1947-56). Very good condition.

Set of 6 Edwardian Rococo sterling silver dinner plates. Made by Gorham in Providence in 1928. Each: Plain and round ogee well. Wide and tapering shoulder with curvilinear frames inset with chased and engraved garlands and pendant flowers. Molded and scrolled rim. Fully marked including date symbol, no. 1822, and Gorham and Durgin stamps. Durgin was a Concord silversmith acquired by Gorham in the early 20th century. Very good condition.

Georgian Neoclassical sterling silver covered urn. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York, ca 1913. Baluster body with leaf-capped double-scroll side handles and domed foot; cover domed with large conical bud finial and egg-and-dart rim. Twisted and alternating flutes and gadroons on bowl; foot and cover have same. Engraved floral garlands; on bowl front is scrolled cartouche (vacant). Pretty and old fashioned with nice heft.
