Edwardian sterling silver napkin ring. Made by Webster in North Attleboro, Mass., ca 1910. Curved front and back and flat ends. Acid-etched scenes from Goldilocks and the Three Bears: On front Mama Bear and Papa Bear inspect the porridge bowls while Baby Bear wipes away a tear. On back, they wave sticks at the fleeing Goldilocks. On one end is Goldilocks alone. On the other end are 3 stacked bear heads staring straight ahead with voyeuristic intensity. $140.00English Edwardian safari flask, ca 1910. Clear glass body. Top part encased in leather with cutout tubular windows. Bottom half has detachable silver-plated cup with gilt-washed interior. Also silver-plated are the neck collar and hinged and cork-lined bayonet cover for one-handed opening. Perfect for those occasions when you can’t be bothered to put down the gun. Cup marked Daniel & Arter, a Birmingham maker active from the 1890s to early 1920s. Very good condition.
