George V sterling silver tray. Made by Mappin & Webb in London in 1920. Round well with engraved wreath (center vacant). Applied and pierced rim with dense Renaissance ornament: Medallions inset with Classical heads, leopards leaping through beaded scrolls, and vases. Three paw supports with leafing-scroll mounts. Fully marked. Excellent condition with deep patina.

Art Nouveau Craftsman glazed ewer with engraved silver overlay. Made by Rookwood Pottery in Cincinnati in 1892. Ovoid with trefoil shaped mouth and looping handle in silver collar. Flowering branch with dense orange flowers on shaded brown ground. Overlay in form of exuberant scrollwork.
