Set of 16 sterling silver demitasse cup holders and saucers with 16 bone china liners. The holders and saucers with made by Gorham in Providence, ca 1910. The liners were made by Lenox in Trenton, New Jersey.

Holder: Stepped foot and high looping scroll handle. Pierced ornament including circles and scroll-formed hearts. Saucer: Solid with deep well. Liner: Tapering with flared rim. Whitish cream ground and gilt rim and band at top on interior and exterior.

Victorian sterling silver soup ladle. Made by Thomas, Walter & Henry Holland in London in 1899. Tapering handle with deep round bowl. Double-sided ornament on handle with carved flowers and strapwork on stippled ground – stylish though a tad old fashioned at the turn of the century. Terminal reverse has engraved armorial. Hallmarked. Good condition with age-related wear and rubbing. It’s been used and can continue to be used for another couple centuries.
