Shipping
All checks must clear before property is shipped. Shipments are made to credit card billing addresses only. All items must be fully insured at buyer's expense. In the case of damage during shipping, all shipping materials must be retained for the carrier's inspection. Please notify us immediately in such cases!
Returns
If you intend to return an item, please call us first for authorization.
Items authorized for return must be postmarked within five (5) business days from the date of your receipt of purchase.
Items authorized for return must be in their original condition and repacked in a secure, professional manner.
