Enameled ornament in form of ribbon-tied rose basket on radiating white surrounded by concentric blue enamel. Frame sides silver. Pretty and old fashioned. Both pieces hallmarked. Mirror hallmark includes no. 4802. Condition: Very good. Mirror has beveled glass and brush has clean bristles.
