Edwardian sterling silver and copper picture frame. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York. Oval window and flat surround with sterling silver forget-me-nots and leaves on copper ground. Sides same. Pretty and symbolically potent. With glass, silk lining, and velvet back and hinged support. For portrait (vertical) display. Hallmark includes pattern no. 16405 and director’s letter m (1907-47). Condition: Very good with some copper losses especially on side.
