Set of 12 Art Deco sterling silver cocktail cups. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York. Each: Truncated cone with flat bottom, tapering stem, and flat circular foot. Incised bands on bowl rim and foot rim. Spare and functional. Hallmarks include pattern no. 21378 (first produced in 1929). Ten cups have director’s letter M (1947-56) and 2 have director’s letter m (1907-47) of which 1 with wartime star (1943-45). Very good condition.

Rectangular frame with two-letter monogram. Fully marked including pattern no. 17580 (first produced in 1909), director’s letter m (1907-47), phrase “Special Hand Work”, and volume (5 1/2 pints). Fine condition.

A pair of humming birds with flapping wings go beak-to-beak perched on a leafy branch. A third flies solo. Hand-hammered honeycomb ground. Beautiful craftsmanship in the exotic mode. Fully marked with maker’s stamp, no. 1580, “sterling”, and date code. Very good condition.
