George VI sterling silver tea tray. Made by Frank Cobb in Sheffield in 1944. Rectangular with molded rim and scalloped corners. Bracket end handles with applied geometric ornament and c-scroll mounts. An elegant example of wartime production. Hallmarked. Very good condition.

Set of 12 Art Deco sterling silver demitasse cup holders and saucers with 12 bone china liners. The holders and saucers were made by Tiffany & Co. in New York, ca 1923. The liners were made by Lenox in Trenton, New Jersey for Tiffany & Co.

The holder and saucer are decorated with alternating leaves and flowers. The ornament is engraved and stylized. The holder is footed. The liner is cream with gilt rim and gilt band with raised leaf and berry motif.

Japonesque iron teapot with sterling silver mounts. Made by Gorham in Providence in 1883. A rare experimental piece. Japanese form with cover and twisted swing handle. Iron surface is granulated with nuanced patina. Mounts are bird, blossoming prunus branch, and insect. Interior appears to be tinned. Hallmark includes date letter, no. W19, and words “sterling” and iron”. Good condition. Interior has minor rusting.
