George III sterling silver water pitcher. Made by John Edwards III and Edward Edwards in London in 1811. Curved body on stepped foot. V-spout and capped scroll handle. Engraved armorial. On foot underside is engraved presentation dated 1908. Good heft and balance. Fine and functional Georgian craftsmanship – it’s ready for another couple centuries of use. Hallmarked. Good condition.
