Brilliant-cut glass vase with sterling silver collar. Made by Redlich in New York, ca 1900. Waisted cylinder with dense fans, stars, and diaper and notched ornament. Collar has dense applied flowers and scrolls as well as plain and flared rim. Hallmark includes on 117X. Very good condition.
