Traditional silver salver. Made by S. Kirk & Son in Baltimore, 1880-1890. Circular well engraved allover with diaper pattern bordered by repousse floral garland. Tooled leaf-and-dart rim. Four claw-and-ball feet. Hallmarked “S. Kirk & Son 11 OZ” (that is 11/12 or 916 silver). Very good condition.
