Bell skirt has chased strapwork and foliage on stippled ground as well as engraved palmettes and lozenge pattern. Raised arms support scrolled brackets with swing cup. Cup double-domed with gadrooning. Gilt interiors. Hallmarked. Rich patina and attractive handling wear.
