Sterling silver ladle in pattern no. 128.  Made by Georg Jensen in Copenhagen.  Bowl is “squashed” ovoid with 2 spouts and is mounted to handle with seeded scrolls.  Handle terminal is leaf-wrapped berry.   Visible hand hammering.  This model is illustrated in Janet Drucker’s Georg Jensen  (1997, p. 285).  Postwar hallmark with pattern number. Nice condition and patina.

Ovoid crystal body on flat and scalloped foot. Acid-etched floral garlands. Cylindrical neck, scroll handle, and helmet mouth in silver: dense grape bunches and leaves and vine handle and rim. Grape bunch stopper with cork plug. Very fine silverwork. Hallmarked. Excellent condition.
