Glass has vertical reeded stripes alternating with diaper-patterned stripes as well as 4 oval frames with acid-etched flower baskets, cornucopia, and fruits. Glass has flat sterling silver border. $1,295.00Tall Art Nouveau sterling silver goblet. Made by S. Blanckensee & Sons in Birmingham in 1903. Bowl has two dolphin bracket supports and knopped stem on stepped foot. Enamel circle with two boats sailing on aquamarine water, blue sky and fluffy white clouds in the background. The enamel is surrounded by stylized flowers and stippled whiplash. Engraved presentation dated 1909. A rare mix of avantgarde and old-fashioned nautical. Hallmarked. Very good condition.
