Edwardian sterling silver baby cup. Gently upward tapering sides and capped- and leaf-mounted scroll bracket handle. Acid-etched ABC border wraparound the top. All the letters in the alphabet for spelling out the name of someone extra special. Fully marked including maker’s stamp (Wilcox & Wagoner) and no. 6502. Wilcox & Wagoner was active in New York in the first decade of the 20th century. Excellent condition with strong definition.

$486.50George VI sterling silver box. Made by Charles S. Green & Co. Ltd in Birmingham in 1951. Rectangular with plain and straight sides and bracket supports. Cover hinged; top has central rectangle (vacant) surrounded by engine-turned ornament. At ends are ornamental borders with interlaced scroll work and studding that wrap around to front. Tab same. Box and cover cedar lined. Box underside leather lined. Fully marked. Very good condition with a few minor pings on cover.

$1,295.00English Victorian sterling silver card case, ca 1880. Rectangular with hinged cover and scrolled sides. On front is the Albert Memorial with cityscape in background. On back are leafing scrolls and flowers, and central heraldic cartouche (vacant).
The Albert Memorial was designed by George Gilbert Scott in memory of Queen Victoria’s husband Prince Albert, who died in 1861. The Gothic structure was opened in 1872. The statue of the defunct was added in 1876.

$665.00Rare Victorian sterling silver chamberstick. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York. Central socket with detachable bobeche mounted to heart-form bowl with shaped handle. Snuffer has conical bowl with scrolled and beaded handle terminal, and can be affixed to chamberstick. Pretty floral repousse to catch the shimmering flame.
Fully marked including pattern no. 9232 (first produced in 1886) and director’s letter T (1892-1902). Excellent condition.
