George III English sterling silver snuffbox, 1819. Rectangular with straight engine-turned sides and curved corners; underside also engine-turned. Cover hinged with low-relief hound standing alert amidst verdure, a few gamebirds tucked away in a corner. Interior gilt washed.

French 950 silver tastevin, ca 1920. Curved bowl with tooled grape bunches alternating with scalloped lobes. Raised center inset with 5 frank coin dated 1832, which was issued during the reign of Louis-Philippe (1830-48). Shaped handle mounted to ring and engraved with grape bunch and motto “Le bon vin rejouit le cœur” Marked with Minerva head and maker’s stamp for Marc Parrod, who was active in Dijon from ca 1903-1944.
