Edwardian Regency sterling silver and enamel paperclip. Made by Foster & Bailey in Providence, ca 1910. Rectangular and arched. Top has enameled flower garland and basket with gilt bow on whitish waved ground. Sky blue lunettes with leafy scrollwork. A pretty desk accessory that gives a lift to bill-paying night. Fully marked. Very good condition with intact color.

Column encircled with winding scaly snake. On base silver mounts including paterae and scrolls as well as dolphins. Unmarked. Condition: Some shrinkage, splits, and discoloration. Uneven sunning with one candlestick noticeably more faded.

Rectilinear copper body with bronze foo dog heads mounted to sides, and leaf-and-scroll corner mounts with bulgy talon supports. Domed inset top with low relief silver frieze depicting Classical goatherds, fishermen, and boatmen. Hardware for threading and adjusting wick. Marked “Gorham & Co. / E4 / O”. Very good condition with nice patina.
