Cover hinged and flat with slight overhang. Cover top engraved with map of Saudi Arabia; the names of 3 places written out and highlighted with jewels: the capital city Riyadh and two pilgrimage sites, Medina and Mecca (spelled here Makkah). Other scenes include a university campus and fortress ruins. Box interior cedar lined and underside has black laminate. Cover interior gilt washed. Fully marked. Very good condition.
