Rare Victorian sterling silver chamberstick. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York. Central socket with detachable bobeche mounted to heart-form bowl with shaped handle. Snuffer has conical bowl with scrolled and beaded handle terminal, and can be affixed to chamberstick. Pretty floral repousse to catch the shimmering flame.

Fully marked including pattern no. 9232 (first produced in 1886) and director’s letter T (1892-1902). Excellent condition.
