William IV sterling silver coffee and tea set. Made by Paul Storr in London in 1835. This set comprises coffeepot, teapot, creamer, and sugar.

Late Regency Classicism with dynamic twisted fluting. Coffeepot and creamer baluster, and teapot and sugar bellied. Coffeepot and teapot have leaf-capped spouts. Creamer has helmet mouth. All handles leaf-capped; teapot handle c-scroll; others s-scroll. Coffeepot and teapot have hinged and domed cover with tooled conical finial. All pieces have plain and stepped foot.

Fully and uniformly marked. Coffeepot and teapot also have Storr & Mortimer retailer’s stamp. Coffeepot numbered 163; other pieces numbered 164. Good condition. Vacant mono plates applied over old monograms (see image).
