Rose point sterling silver charger. Made by Wallace in Walllingford, Conn. Round with ruffled and gadrooned rim. Shoulder has chased flower heads alternating with open scrolled ovals inset with flowers. A showstopper for the buffet table. Fully marked and numbered 4381. Very good condition.
