German Rococo 930 silver trinket box. Rectangular with straight sides and chamfered corners with wing-mounted monopodia supports. Cover hinged and raised with cast figural finial of boy in tricorn hat. Eighteenth-century scenes on sides. On front are a boy and girl musician (possibly Mozart and sister Nannerl). Sale Price: $1,015.00George VI sterling silver box. Made by Charles S. Green & Co. Ltd in Birmingham in 1951. Rectangular with plain and straight sides and bracket supports. Cover hinged; top has central rectangle (vacant) surrounded by engine-turned ornament. At ends are ornamental borders with interlaced scroll work and studding that wrap around to front. Tab same. Box and cover cedar lined. Box underside leather lined. Fully marked. Very good condition with a few minor pings on cover.

Sale Price: $1,295.00English Victorian sterling silver card case, ca 1880. Rectangular with hinged cover and scrolled sides. On front is the Albert Memorial with cityscape in background. On back are leafing scrolls and flowers, and central heraldic cartouche (vacant).
The Albert Memorial was designed by George Gilbert Scott in memory of Queen Victoria’s husband Prince Albert, who died in 1861. The Gothic structure was opened in 1872. The statue of the defunct was added in 1876.
