English Georgian Neoclassical sterling silver mustard pot, 1799. Oval with straight sides, reeded scroll handle with scallop shell thumb rest, and domed cover with ball finial. Two rows of pierced and engraved leaf borders tooled pointille borders. Cover top has tooled pointille and wavy borders. Detachable cobalt glass liner. Fully marked including London assay stamp and instinct maker’s mark. Very good condition. Overall dimensions: H 3 1/2 x W 4 x D 1 7/8 in.
