Set of 3 Modern sterling silver flasks. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York, ca 1925. Each: Rectilinear with curved sides and shoulders; cover hinged, threaded, and cork lined. Holds 8 gills. With leather satchel for discreetly toting large quantities of booze. On front is rectilinear monogram OCS; on underside is engraved “O. Seebass / N.Y. City”. Satchel gilt-stamped with same. Oscar C. Seebass was a financier, who was supplied by Tiffany for other important commissions, including his memorial stained-glass window. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pattern no. 7320, order no. 7444, director’s letter m, and volume. Very good condition.
