Pretty turn-of-the-century American Art Nouveau clear glass water pitcher with engraved silver overlay. Globular with straight neck, lip spout, and c-scroll handle. Stylized flowers and butterflies acid-etched on body. Silver overlay in form of loose and open scrollwork with flowers and leaves. Scrolled cartouche engraved with interlaced script monogram. Star cut to underside. Fine condition.

Pair of Edwardian Georgian sterling silver candlesticks. Made by Gorham in Providence in 1906-7. Each: Bellied socket with stepped and detachable bobeche; knopped shaft and stepped foot. Faceted form works well on Modern table settings, too. Fully marked and numbered A5560. One has date symbol for 1906; the other for 1907. Very good condition.

Japonesque mixed metal cigar lighter. Made by Gorham in Providence in 1903. Copper teapot-form with bellied body and cast handle in form of dragon, horned head and talons gripping sides. Upturned spout with chained cap. Also chained is domed and lobed cover. Applied silver crab and snail on one side; on other a blossoming prunus branch. Maker’s stamp, no. BY264, and date symbol. Fine condition with nicely toned and nuanced copper finish; silver has deep patina.

Victorian sterling silver teapot. Made by Hunt & Roskell in London in 1857. Round and bellied with leaf-capped s-scroll spout and leaf-capped high-looping handle. Cover domed and hinged with flower finial. Loose flowers on body as well as engraved armorial. Rests on four flower-and-leaf mounted scroll supports. Sweet and pretty in hard-to-find tea-for-two size. English marks including phrase: “Hunt & Roskell / late / Storr & Mortimer” and no. 8688. Very good with nice patina.

American Craftsman sterling silver porringer and plate. Made by Kalo in Chicago. Porringer has round and tapering body with shaped and solid handle. Plate is round with well. Embossed farmyard animals. On porringer handle is a mother hen and on plate shoulder is a runaway ducky.
