Sterling silver slotted spoon in Medallion pattern. Made by Gorham, C 1875. Tapering and curved handle terminating in circular bowl. Handle decorated with linear ornament, scrollwork, flower, and woman’s profile on medallion. Bowl has scalloped rim, piercing, and gilt residue. An early example of the historic Gorham pattern. (Medallion was first produced in 1864.) Fully hallmarked. Excellent condition.

This Circa 1920 cigarette case is unusually decorated with six enamel fish flies. Each fish fly is labeled differently underneath. One says “Royal Coachman”, another says ”Montreal”, a third says “Black Gnat”, a fourth says “Queen of Waters”, the fifth says “Yellow May”, and the last one says “March Brown”.
