Rococo silver centerpiece bowl. Made by B. Neresheimer & Söhne in Hanau, Germany, and imported to England in 1905 by Berthold Muller in Chester. Bellied and ovoid with cast ram’s head end handles. Gilt-washed interior. Chased and engraved ornament. On sides two leafing scroll frames inset with scenes of gallantry and amiability.
