The pattern (no. 18376) was first produced in 1912. Hallmark includes director's letter m (1907-47). Condition: minor wear to gilding. Otherwise very good.

Rectangular with engraved pilasters, flower vases, and stylized foliage and flowers, and rosettes. Scrolled and floral crown mounted to top. Sterling silver bowl. Made by Simons Bros. in Philadelphia, ca. 1900. Scrolled and rectilinear well and flared rim. Sides interior have chased frames overlaid with naturalistic flowers in low relief. Some look as if they can be plucked out the bowl. Script monogram engraved in well. Hallmark includes no. 1850. Excellent condition with fine detail and patina.
