Sterling silver and enamel vanity set. Made by Thomae in Attleboro, Mass., ca 1920. This set comprises hairbrush and hand mirror. Each: Shield frame with tapering handle. Enameled ornament in form of ribbon-tied rose basket on radiating white surrounded by concentric blue enamel. Frame sides silver. Pretty and old fashioned. Both pieces hallmarked. Mirror hallmark includes no. 4802. Condition: Very good. Mirror has beveled glass and brush has clean bristles.
