Base encircled with applied grape bunches alternating with stylized flowers. An attractive piece of Danish silver with strong Jensen inspiration.

Lobed and upward tapering sides, capped foliate scroll handle, wide lip spout with fluid swags, and raised circular foot with crimped trefoils. Sleek but traditional with good heft. Hallmark includes no. 1302/108, volume (4 1/2 pts), retailer's stamp (Brand-Chatillon), and Reed & Barton date symbol. Dominick & Haff was consolidated with Reed & Barton in 1928. Sterling silver chafing dish. Made by Tiffany in New York, ca. 1900. This piece comprises saucepan with cover, insulating bowl, and trivet. The saucepan is encircled with low-relief foliage on stippled ground. The cover has a bud finial. The trivet is circular with open ogee arches surrounding open circle, and rests on bracket supports. The pattern (no. 11079) was first produced in 1891. Excellent condition. Hallmark includes director's letter T (1892-1902).
