Edwardian sterling silver and enamel inkwell. Made by Grinsell & Sons in London in 1906. Dome base with reeded foot and rim and hinged cover. On cover top is inset enamel plaque: a cat sits on its haunches, front legs stiffened, ears erect, and gaze intense. Wonderful details include the shaded striping and fluffy chest fur. $1,925.00German sterling silver lady’s riding boot. Imported to England by Berthold Muller in 1906. Plain and solid sole, heel, and topline. Pierced body comprising leafy-scrolls and flowers with Renaissance lady riding sidesaddle and huntsman with falcon perched on wrist. Front is laced and has tied bow. Spur rotates. A great gift for a horse or fashion collector. German hallmark and English import marks including Chester city stamp and date letter. Very good condition.

Large cabochon-cut hardstone mounted to top and bordered by beading. Each stone a different color. Hallmark includes date letters for 1867 and 1869. Excellent condition with nice patina.
