Gilded Age sterling silver double picture frame. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York, ca 1904. Two vertical windows in rectilinear frame with bracket feet and arched top. Top has applied scrolls and flowers. Acid etched tree (generative symbolism) and flowers. Above windows are the words Father (left) and Mother (right). With beveled glass, silk lining, velvet back, and hinged support.

George III sterling silver snuffbox. Made in London in 1822. Rectangular with curved corners and flat and hinged cover. Allover engine turning. On cover are two chased rectangular floral bands and central oval frame with presentation: To the officers of the / 65th / from Lt Colonel Warren. Cover has applied and scrolled tab. Box sides have two wrap-around chased floral bands. Box and cover interior lightly gilt and partitioned. A fine piece of 18th-century militaria.

Coffeepot: straight and upward tapering sides, hinged dome cover with finial, s-scroll spout with hinged cap, and wood c-scroll handle. Creamer: baluster body, short foot, v-spout, and capped s-scroll handle. Sugar: curved sides, short foot, and molded rim. Traditional with great heft.

Each: baluster shaft with 2 knops and dome foot. Urn socket with detachable bobeche. Cherubs frolic and dance with garlands and ribbons amidst scrolls, blossoms, and foliage. Winged cherub heads on scrolled and scalloped foot rim. Ornament chased and applied.

A tactile interpretation of French 18th-century style. Hallmark includes no. 5072. Very good definition and rich period patina.
