Solid well (vacant) radiating pierced and engraved flowers and scrolled foliage. Handle same with oval cartouche (vacant). Rims wavy and gadrooned and interspersed with shells. Hallmark includes no. 91/4522 and phrase Exclusive Design. Very good condition.
