Sterling silver long-handled salad serving spoon and fork in Lap Over Edge pattern. Made by Tiffany, ca. 1885. Allover hand-hammering, a tapering handle, and applied ornament (fish and foliage on fork, foliage on spoon). The fork shank has a curvilinear bowl and 3 tines. The spoon has a crimped and scalloped bowl. Shank and bowl interior lightly gilt.

$3,850.00Sterling silver chafing dish. Made by Tiffany in New York, ca. 1900. This piece comprises saucepan with cover, insulating bowl, and trivet. The saucepan is encircled with low-relief foliage on stippled ground. The cover has a bud finial. The trivet is circular with open ogee arches surrounding open circle, and rests on bracket supports. The pattern (no. 11079) was first produced in 1891. Excellent condition. Hallmark includes director's letter T (1892-1902).

$1,715.00Set of 4 sterling silver figures of Bacchus. Made by Buccellati in Italy. A young Bacchus prances and gambols. One figure holds a grapevine. Another holds a large ivy leaf. The other two manipulate drapery. The infant deity, in all his manifestations, is buck naked apart from the artfully posed waistbands. Soft bottoms and stubby legs are on view. An attractive decoration for the wine cellar.
