| This stately silver two-tiered crystal compote was made in the Austro-Hungarian Empire circa 1840. It was designed in the Neoclassical style, popular in England and Europe during that time period. The two-tiered compote is supported by a Greek style female figure holding the upper dish, with acanthus decorated stem and ancient animal form double ring handle.
