Fabulous rectangular silver and enamel wood lined desk box. Vibrant purple and white enamel with decorative roses and leaves in pink and green enamel. A well designed piece with the edges very squared off. This piece is in excellent condition. Enamel and silver both perfect. We do not have the key. Maker is Foster and Bailey in Providence R.I.. This company specialized in silver and enamel item around 1910 to 1920. A very substantial weight, 13 troy ounces [wood is in this weight]. This would make a beautiful jewel box or woman’s desk box. The box measures 4 1/2 in. X 3 1/2 in. X 2 in.   Price: $2,000   Stock #BE705
