The silver overlay stopper repeats the motif with a lovely grape and leaf design. A script monogram adorns the monogram plate. Excellent Condition. Made by Alvin Corp., Providence, Rhode Island, circa 1895. Fully Hallmarked. The Alvin Corp. was one of the first, and subsequently, one of the most famous makers of sterling silver overlay.
