| Made by Edwars S. Barnsley & Co., Birmingham, 1920. This English sterling silver sugar castor is fully hallmarked with maker’s mark, town and sterling mark as well as date letter. The castor is also marked with a Dutch import mark, which means it was imported into the Netherlands for retail sale at some point in time. The castor is made in the octagonal Georgian style and has a beautifully pierced detachable top.
