| American Sterling Mounted Cut Crystal Jar, by Lebkuecher & Co., Newark, NJ, circa 1890. The jar is of cylindrical form with fluted body, each section cut with alternating geometric patterns. The lid is repousse and engraved with a band of scrolling flowers and foliage. This jar was probably originally made as a humidor. But, today one could use it in many different ways.
