| This is a gorgeous three-piece sterling silver coffee service by the premier silversmiths Tiffany & Co. in an exceptional design combining exotic shapes with floral decoration. The set is comprised of a coffee pot, creamer, and covered sugar bowl. Each piece stands on a plain circular footring and has a rounded body. The coffee pot is in the Islamic style and has a striking low-bellied shape with an elongated neck and spout, which together with the serpentine handle creates an exotic profile. Its hinged lid has complimentary curves and a button finial. The creamer has a rounded body with small curved, loop handle and an elegant everted and wavy rim, while the cover sugar bowl has the same rounded body with two bifurcated handles and a circular lid also with a wavy rim and button finial. Each of the pieces has been elaborately decorated with chased and repousséd flowers and leaves with a lovely wavy border. This gorgeous coffee service is exemplifies the elegance and exuberance of Tiffany’s nineteenth century designs. Each piece is in excellent condition and is expertly crafted. The coffee pot measures approx. 8 ¼” and together weigh approx. 51 troy ounces. Each is marked under the base with the mark of Tiffany & Co., the words Makers, Sterling Silver 925-1000, pattern number 6349, order number 1412, and the letter M for Edward C.
