| This is a lovely pair of sterling silver five light candelabra by the premier silversmiths at Tiffany in a wonderful Edwardian design. Each stands on a circular base with a tapering urn-shaped stem and with urn-shaped bobeches. The base, stem and sockets are each inverse fluted and trimmed with a balloon and beaded border. The stem supports the removable arms with wonderful serpentine lines and matching trim. Each bobeche has a dramatic, pointed hexagonal collar and a removable circular wax-pan all with matched trim. The elegant styled pair of candelabra are a classic shape and style but with a modern flair. Each is excellent condition with a pristine surface and measures approx. 14 1/2” high, with bases approx. 5 1/2” in diameter. Each is marked under the base with the mark of Tiffany & Co., the words Makers, Sterling Silver 925-1000, pattern number 15064, order number 4727, and the letter T for its founder Charles L. Tiffany, used from 1891-1902. These beautiful five-light candelabra are a wonderful example of the rich style of American silver at the turn of the century.
