| This is a striking sterling silver baby cup made by London silversmiths Hanksworth, Eyre & Co. Ltd in a fantastic Art Deco design. This cup stands on a stepped octagonal base and has a tapering, eight-paneled body. An angled geometric handle further enhances this dynamic design. The brilliant shine produced by the facetted body creates drama, which combined with the handle and base makes a quintessential Art Deco silhouette. This cup is in excellent condition and has not been monogrammed. It measures approx. 3” high, and its opening measures approx. 2 1/4” in diameter. It is fully hallmarked on the body near the handle with the maker’s mark of Hanksworth, Eyre & Co. Ltd., and is marked under the base with the word and symbol Capital, and pattern number 14176.
