This handsome pitcher of baluster form on a spreading, stepped foot ring has a massive scroll handle and sharp spout with molded, baluster decoration. This piece exemplifies interest in the traditions of colonial silver in the twentieth-century, and its excellent craftsmanship is seen both in its strong profile and substantial weight. In additional to its practical use, this bold yet traditional design would make a handsome display piece. The base is marked with a pattern number, the maker's mark, and the word Sterling. The pitcher is in fine condition with one small dent on the side of the handle, and it has not been monogrammed. It stands approx. 9 1/2" tall to the top of the handle and measures approx. 4 1/4" in diameter at the base, and weighs 33.5 troy ounces. Please note dulling spray used to block reflections in photograph, actual item has brillant polished surface.   Price: $1,200.00   Stock #BA865
