Made by Gorham Mfg. Co. of Providence, Rhode island and retailed by Black, Starr & Frost of New York City, it is fully marked including the 1894 date mark, pattern number, and size of 1 1/2" pints.
It is in overall superb condition and is a fine example of Gorham's excellent craftsmanship.
